- 50% of daily rate required to confirm reservation.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and if notice is not received within 90 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be kept in full.
- All trophy fees are payable in cash at the conclusion of your hunting safari.
- According to Namibian Hunting Legislation, animals wounded after an extensive search and not found, will be regarded as hunted and charged in full.
- Namibia Hunting Impressions maintain very high standards in health and safety, however we cannot accept responsibility for illness, accident or loss whatsoever.
- We recommend that you have your own personal travel insurance, and leave your valuable belongings at home.
